Architectural Lighting Photography in Dubai

These are some of my personal favorites shot for CV Lighting in Dubai UAE. I photographed multiple different installations over several days. Including a restaurant and cafe, two mosques and roof deck pool. Since these were jobs that involved a decent amount of travel I had to keep my equipment to a minimum. The images are shot on a medium format camera, with a tripod. Everything else is achieved by compositing files together to create an image that is true to life for the lighting installation.

Some of what I got into while not working.

On one morning I went on a bicycle ride along the Dubai Canal to a flamingo sanctuary. Turns out they are only pink sometimes, and in 90 degree weather mudflats don't smell great. I also had my first motorcycle experience with my absurdly cool parents. I rode with my dad to the top of Jebel Jais Mountain. And of course I did a deep dive online to find the best middle eastern restuarants in Dubai and tried a few of them.
